Pay attention to Your Experiences.
One of my favorite questions to ask audience members is, "If you knew then, what you know now, would you have lived any area of your life differently?" The two follow-up questions are often more difficult for some people, "Why?" and "How?"
Fact is, if you knew then what you know now, you wouldn't be where you are now. You wouldn't have what you have now, and you wouldn't be who you are with now. Not that any of these things are good or bad (they could be either, the choice is up to you to see them either way).
There is a metaphysical concept that says: each of us is where we are supposed to be and we have experienced what we needed to experience in order to grow and learn. OK, stay with me now. Please just give me a few more minutes before you dial my 866 number to vent your disagreement.
Let's assume you have had a very difficult time in life: financially, personally, health issue or relationship issue. And let's also assume that you didn't want whatever this was in your life. If given the choice, you would not have chosen what happened. Let's further assume that your perception of it at the time was negative. I realize these are a lot of assumptions, but let's further assume that it changed the way you think and the remainder of your life forever. Let's further assume that you believe that, if this hadn't happened, your life would have turned out better than it did in the long run.
I have only one question to all of these assumptions: Why or why not?
Life happens. What makes what happens positive or negative is not the event, but what happens inside our heads, hearts and our response. I am not saying that the bad things that happened are positive things and I am not saying that good things will or can always come from them.
What I am saying is: that what comes from them is up to you. How your life turns out is up to you. What you leave behind as a legacy is up to you. The lives you touch are up to you. What you share is up to you. What you learn is up to you. The lessons from the failures and successes in your life are up to you. I could go on, but I know you know the drill.

Chris Willis the inventor says ''I'm expecting that in 10 years we'll see a huge market developing and that the US, Europe and Japan will each account for around a third of global sales. By that time, I expect 10% of US households will have a robotic assistance of some kind, and that will only be the beginning.
Makes me think about the movie "The Terminator"—is this where it starts or do we finally have someone who will mow the lawn, and do windows?
